my dad, exercising his post-retirement creativity, has drained, dyed, and turned kazi's many eggs into christmas tree decorations.
(ducks are supposed to have egg laying cycles of 30 eggs/year; kazi has not been informed of this, and has been laying eggs almost daily for the past 18 months)
my yearly ornament is the xerxes ornament. quite appropriate, as xerxes attempted to eat the kazi egg ornament and found that it is not, in fact, edible (incase anyone was wondering).
